You have 14 days to inform us that you are returning your goods if you change your mind on your purchase. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched. If you would like to send your item back for a refund then please fill out the form below including any details you wish to include regarding the return. Return postage costs are to be covered by you, upon receipt of your goods back to us. The goods will be inspected and you will receive a refund for your item. A 15% handling charge will apply if the goods are not faulty this will not include the cost if any for shipping
If you have found a problem with your goods then please contact us using the form below regarding the problem, please include pictures of the fault. Sometimes if your goods are received damaged or items missing then we will work with you to resolve any problems. Once you have made contact and we have exhausted all options then the goods can be sent back. We will ask you to pay for the item to be returned using the courier of your choice. We strongly suggest that you use tracking as we cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the goods back and they have been assed then we will be in contact with you with a solution. You will receive a full refund including the cost of you shipping if the goods are found to be faulty. A copy of your receipt for shipping must be included in the form below for you to receive your money back.
Any refunds will be made within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
